WAVE TRAINING RIDE WITH MARY CRAIG: May 1, 2016

Join Mary Craig from Live Alive Fit and The WAVE Foundation for a bike ride, and to learn more about Cycle the WAVE (Women Against Violence Everywhere) all women’s cycling experience for all abilities. Their mission is to end domestic violence by increasing awareness and raising funds to benefit agencies across Washington State. This all female non-competitive cycling event is held on Sunday, September 18, 2016, at Bellevue College. Come in on May 1st to learn more, enjoy some refreshments after your ride and fun drawing!

We are welcoming new riders to join us for a gentle 8 mile ride on the trail to jump start your training for Cycle the WAVE!

PLEASE NOTE: All riders need to arrive early by 9:15am to fill out a waiver, bring their own bike in working order, helmet, and their own fix-a-flat kit!
