I am an active racer, and have completed many half and full marathons, duathlons (Run, Bike, Run), and triathlons (Swim, Bike, Run) from sprint to endurance distances, including 70.3 and 140.6 Ironman™ races, in the US, Canada, Europe & Australia.
Being a multisport coach and certified yoga instructor, I have worked with hundreds of athletes in both one-on-one and group settings to engage, inspire, and challenge. My intention is to keep you moving for years to come. Combining cardio, weight and yoga training will enable your body to recover between challenging workouts and give muscle groups the time to build and strengthen.
My experience as a certified yoga instructor as well as a beginner to elite multisport coach, provides me the opportunity to create a multi faceted training program that you can enjoy for years. I learned to swim at age 38 in order to compete in triathlon and use this experience to work with all levels and ages of athletes to accomplish their unique dreams at any age. I work both with your mindset and body to help you achieve the goals you desire.
As a triathlon and cycling coach, I have worked with hundreds of athletes in both one-on-one and group settings to engage, inspire, and challenge their physical fitness. Currently, I coach yoga, cycling and triathlon in private lessons, clinics, weekly class and more. I work with my clients on power/wattage based bike trainers that give immediate feedback to my athletes. I have extensive experience training athletes in single sport focus as well as transitioning from one to the next. Teaching everything from wetsuit removal techniques to flying transitions. Every second counts so I don’t stop with training my athletes in their individual sports.
As an competitive Duathlete (run, bike, run) I have had the opportunity to represent Team USA at the Age-Group World Championships in Spain 2014, Australia 2015, Spain 2016, and will race at World’s in Canada for 2017.
