She Bikes – Seattle Cycle Sirens: Athlete Nutrition and Goal Setting Talk-and-a-Ride

Seattle Cycle Cirens welcome Live ALIVE Fit – Mary Craig, Author, Inspirational Speaker, Certified Health and Fitness Coach is going to give a FREE talk on Athlete Nutrition and Goal Setting!

This talk is for athletes of all abilities and experience, and will be particularly useful for riders preparing for events like Cycle the WAVE (Women Against Violence Everywhere), Bike-n-Brews El Norte, Kitsap Color Classic and more.

This is the Magnuson Park to Seward Park route. This is a fun ride that will take us along beautiful Lake Washington Blvd and then through the arboretum for our return to Magnuson. This route will be approximately 26 miles at a STEADY pace. Please note that this route will be more challenging than our rides from prior weeks since there are a few inclines that will serve to challenge us along the way. (Not to worry though, everyone can take these inclines at their own pace and we will regroup at the top.)
